Rug Size:Rectangle 9' x 12'
I purchased a 9X12 rug. It is as soft as promised and the colors are very vivid (not clearly displayed by my photo). However this large rug arrived folded and jammed into a plastic bag. The creases are clearly visible and unsightly. I have carefully steamed it from both the front and back sides and have left it flat for seven days. I have also tried rolling it opposite the creases. All of these Herculean efforts on this large rug have left me exhausted and disappointed. These photos display the creases as it apparently must remain in my living room. A rug this size should have arrived rolled, NOT folded. Shame on Wayfair and this vendor.
