This rug came damaged, the corner was ripped and dirty. I attempted to contact customer service with no help or attempt to absolve the issues since we were outside the return window due to opening after the 30 days (we were moving and left it in the manufacturer packaging). I would understand if it had been used or even open, but it was damaged upon arrival. Don’t waste your money!

I love this carpet. It is light,in terms of weight, but it is very soft soft and the colors are great. They do look a bit more faded than the picture but they work. I am thinking about replacing an older rug with this.

I guess I wish I had researched more about the microfiber material. It says it's machine washable, but it takes a machine bigger than what I have. In the first two days, it looked cute, and then cat hair began to build up on it, so I just have to vacuum frequently. I thought it was pretty expensive for what it was.

Its very nice with soft, velvety texture and padding. I put this in the kitchen because its washable.
