This rug lacks the plush dense characteristic of our former rug. But I needed a rug I could throw in the washer multiple times a week on account of an elderly dog.

I received the carpet and was not satisfied with the quality looks nicer in the picture when I got it home it was very thin and would not accommodate walking on. I returned it.

I agree with other reviewers that the color is muted compared to the photos. The gold is actually heathered with an off-white yarn. It is actually more of a thin mat rather than a rug
