Terrible packaging as you can see. I had NO Idea there was going to be a twist down the center of the rug. Now I know, when your rug can be whipped around like a wet noodle, dont accept it or open it. Wayfairs AI return idiot want me to package it back up and pay for a return. RUKM!!! Im going to try and iron the twist out since it is poly. How am I going to package this thing up when it came destroyed. Im Stressed!

Love it, perfect shade of blue with my floors good quality. Flattened out nicely after a day on the floor.
