The print design makes it look like there are bleach stains. A blotchy and cheap design. Very poor quality.

Received a defective rug with several parts of the print missing, and the colour variance from one end to the other is extreme. I called to requested a refund, was told I’d receive a shipping label to return the rug, then had to call back to find out why I didn’t receive it. I was told they had to review it further, then received a very vague email response and still no return shipping label. I have bought several items from Wayfair in the past but this is it for me. Bad experience and quality, I will not purchase from here again.

I had to return this rug unfortunately. I liked the thickness of it for a washable and I even liked the print on it, but the pattern was missing in spots. It was a very poor printing job. It looks very worn and was very obvious the printing was missing. If you don't want a worn scratched look - don't get this rug.

Perfect size and style. Even with the pile being low the rug feels soft (not snuggle with soft) but definitely feels good on the feet

I just received the rug. It came folded in a box. The rug is really thin and the printed pattern is more obvious than on the picture. It is really slippery, I’ll have to get a non-slippery underpad, which will increase the price of an already pricey rug. I have a similar machine washable rug that was a bit cheaper and seems better quality (thicker and non-slippery). Not sure yet how I feel about it yet.
