Beautiful rug but not the quality I expected.

I loved the colors but when I unrolled it it had permanent fold lines. We even laid the heavier old rug on top of it for a week to get it to lay flat. Didn’t work. I bought some corner grippers to at least hold the corners down. I didn’t want to mess with returning it or I would have.

I want to love this rug but I’m telling you, these wrinkles and flipped edges are driving me nuts. I have never had a rug that won’t lay flat after a few days. I left weights along the edges for over 24 hours, to no avail. The wrinkles have been pulled and pulled, I don’t know if it ever lay flat. Other then that, the pattern and colors are pretty. I will say there is more beige then the picture online. The rug is soft and nice to walk on. I have ordered some carpet tape and hopefully that will help with the edges and wrinkles so I won’t be so disappointed.

I need to return. The runners. Will keep the small door mat. The runners are not as high quality as in used to and are still not fully unfolded after 3 wks of walking on them. How do I return?
