Rug ripples all over, has waves. Customer service is sending me the same rug. But I Have to send this giant rug back though per customer service. no solution on how I’m going to box this 12ft rug to even ship it back. Would rather throw it away to avoid hassle. Not great experience. Bad rug, and major hassle infront of me now.

really nice rug, taking some time to flatten out completely. Yellow is a deeper yellow, more gold. But still super nice and we’re happy!!
