Just the right amount of thickness so it’s not a tripping hazard. Not super cushy so if you are looking for a mat that you will stand on for longer periods then I would buy a different one.

I purchased this with another anti-fatigue mat, and the difference in being able to stand longer for my mom has been significant. Very helpful and I would purchase again.

I didn't love the mat. It is alot lighter in color than it looked to be in the picture. I ended up returning it because it didn't match my kitchen floor at all. It was too yellowish.

now that we have had them for awhile, the wrinkles have disappeared , so I can throw out my old mats and use these to replace them.
