Yes, the rug is absolutely gorgeous. HOWEVER. It sheds horribly. Like so, so much. I knew wool rugs shed, but this is excessive. I vacuumed it twice when we unrolled it and it filled my full size vacuum canister both times and is still shedding SO much. I really hope it slows because right now it’s all over our couches, our clothes, and is getting tracked all over our home. As pretty as the rug is, I wouldn’t recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this rug almost a year ago and it still sheds like crazy. Every single time I vacuum the rug, I have to stop midway to empty the canister out! The rugs fibers stick to everything, clothes, blankets and it makes everyone so itchy! In some parts I can see threads coming up. I really thought this was a rug that would eventually stop shedding and that I just needed to be patient. But it’s been 11 months and still shedding. I’m really disappointed with the quality. Especially how much money I spent on it. I really wanted to like this rug but please don’t buy it.
