Pretty rug just the wrong colors

Perfect for my clients home. It is more muted in the colors than the picture but it is still beautiful.

The earth tone colors adds versatile to any decor. I like that the rug is hand woven instead of machine, this adds to the durability and texture of the rug. Pros: Great value Cons: None

Rug nothing like the online image. Dark and drab. Online for over an hour with customet service. No help. Kept getting cut off and starting over again and again. Hugely disappointed in product and service. Do not recommend at all.

I do not like this rug. It is very rough to the touch and the colors are not vibrant
