Gorgeous rug! Heavy and well made. Added the perfect texture and color to the room.

Customer service was great, unfortunately for this expensive of a rug already need to return as the weave wasn’t secured and it will begin to unravel. Loved the color and texture! Going to try a second time and hope they up their quality.

This rug arrived today, one day earlier than expected. The delivery was great and the rug well wrapped against the elements. It rolled out easily, very flat and is heavy enough to not need a liner as it will not slip on the hardwood. The colour is somewhat brighter than the photos online but still very beautiful.
