The color was much brighter than the photo, which wasn't a huge deal, but I decided to return it. On packing the carpet for return, I noticed that one edge of the carpet wasn't sewn into the binding, exposing the center/white foam fill. It was a defective carpet, so glad I was returning it anyway.

I returned the 8-ft round Kiyondrea Copper Rug without even fully unwrapping it. The "copper" color was primarily pink with shades of orange and brown. The medallion and other textural variations in color are actually photo-realistic elements applied to the top of the rug fibers and not a woven-in feature. It cost me $60 to return a rug that I believe was NOT accurately described. On the bright side, the purchase, email updates, and return process were all very good. But I will never purchase an area rug online again.
