While it IS gray and off-white, there is a lot of blue and turquoise in this rug, which is fine by me. It's soft and looks very expensive. Love the muted tones - works perfectly in my family room. I've had it 3 days and have had a lot of compliments. It's a great rug.

Unfortunately, the description isn't quite accurate - the rug is described as being gray and off-white, but it's actually a blend of grays, browns, golds, soft greens, and turquoise blue in addition to the off-white. The overall impression of the rug from a distance is of gray and off-white, but the close-up view may be a surprise for those looking for a true gray/off-white rug. It is a beautiful, high-quality rug if you don't mind the array of colors - for me, it wasn't quite as neutral as I had been looking for.
