Carpet is excellent quality. No underpad required. It has a multi textured finish and a bit of sheen woven throughout...nice surprise when it was received within 24 hours!

Well, I love the feel of it, but it is not dark grey and dark beige. It is basically a brown rug. Not what I wanted at all. I have emailed to see if I order another rug, I can send this one back , when other one arrives. I hope so. It is a beautiful rug, unfortunately, not the colour described, so I hope I don’t have to pay anything to have it taken back.
