Love my new rugs for my bath a perfect coordination.

I ordered this rug for my family room. The first one did not appear to made well, it came with Many loose threads that if cut as directed would not look nice, there was just too many to cut. I sent an email and it was immediately answered by an apology and a new rug was ordered and sent to me. It arrived in less than a week. However the second one came damaged from the the delivery service. The outer wrapping was all ripped all the way down to the rug, it had a large gash in the rug. I sent an email with pictures, again my email was immediately answered. I told Wayfair that I was willing to try it a third time, because I really liked the rug. A third one was ordered and sent to me in less than a week. The third one arrived completely intact, looks beautiful, and I am so happy I took a chance the third time!! I would recommend Wayfair to anybody and everybody so professional , so customer oriented. I love the rug, it makes my room look great. I looked at alot of other web sites for the same rug, Wayfair's price was the lowest , and it looks exactly as it did on the website.
