great rug for high traffic area- holds up good

Bad decision on my part as I should have gone with a more contemporary look. This rug is stodgy -- my problem, not Wayfair's. Looked good in picture but not in real life. You have a lot of good stuff so maybe drop this line.

Nothing wrong with the rug itself; but the colors online do not look anything like the rug I received. I was convinced they shipped me the wrong rug; and contacted customer service. They were great, offered to send a replacement right away but when it was received; could tell that it was the same rug. The rug was advertised as Sherill Yellow/Red/Gray but the rug received had a different label; and the color on the label said Brown Multi... so obviously something doesn't match up. But very happy with Customer Service and how they handled this. Will still use Wayfair!

Very attractive rug. Warm, rich colors, surprisingly good quality for the price. Carpet pile is very dense and soft.

Rug had loose threads. Very beautiful though
