I was really excited about this carpet when I first got it, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. From the very beginning, it sheds constantly; there are always little pieces and fibers coming loose, no matter how often I vacuum. It feels like I’m cleaning up after it more than actually enjoying it. The shedding isn’t just occasional, either; it’s nonstop. Every time someone walks across it, more fibers seem to come up. I’ve noticed bits of the carpet all over the room, on furniture, and even stuck to clothing. It makes the space look messy and poorly maintained, even right after cleaning. Aside from the shedding, the carpet itself looked nice at first, but it quickly started to lose its appearance because of how much material kept coming out. For the price and expectation of durability, this product just doesn’t hold up. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this carpet. It requires too much maintenance and doesn’t seem built to last. If you’re looking for something low-maintenance and durable, this is probably not the right choice.

Wool rugs will "shed" but I have "wool dust" everywhere. I kept it hoping the "dust" would lessen over time but it hasn't.
