As always delivery, packaging, and timeliness was excellent- as usual for Wayfair! They do not disappoint as a provider of goods! As for this particular rug unfortunately , it was disappointing . The rug is not what we expected . i was going to use it as a runner by my master bedroom bed however it is stiff and rough textured like a basement rug over concrete feels! This is no reflection on wayfair I just think it wasnt where we wanted to go with this type of runner/rug. it is more a heavy tapestry than a runner rug. but Wayfair i give you 10 on your delivery, packaging and timeliness but a 6 for the rug ( only bc it is definitely built tough ).

Not impressed. The only thing I like about this is the colors, however the tag says they may bleed. I would definitely classify this as a mat not a rug. There is no pile. It is flat woven of synthetic fibers. You also can’t get it wet so probably not to be used outdoors. I suppose the best use of this would be in a three season room if you don’t mind walking on a rough surface.

This rug worked out just right in our dining room and coordinates well with the fabric on our chairs, wall color and window treatments. The color varies throughout the rug, so each side/end is not identical. It gives it a more vintage feel. The colors are golden/rust/cream/super dark blue/hints of green. It is NOT a soft rug, there is no pile at all. It feels more like sisal or jute....firm fibers. Again this works perfect for us in a dining room so the chairs can more easily move. Our previous rug had more pile and it was super difficult to move the heavy chairs. Packaging was perfect, they rolled the rug on a giant super heavy duty cardboard roll. Due to this and the material, there really weren;t any creases/folds/wrinkles to smooth out.

I ordered this carpet runner for my hallway and the colors are just beautiful! I have attached a couple of pictures so you can check it out. I do have dogs so I would recommend getting a carpet pad for underneath this carpet so it doesn't bunch up but overall I really love it.
