I love the rug, but I paid expedited shipping and it didn’t come when expected. I talked to a customer service rep and was told shipping would be refunded and that hasn’t happened.

Nice rug runner no doubt. The outside dark boarder is more of a very dark blue than black. Either way, it’s comfortable and haven’t had very much piling after having for a week. I’m sure there will be some after a bit like my other wool rugs.

Bright colors. High quality piece.

Rigth size, however instead of a dark pink is a deep red color is mush darker that the photo on the webpage
