Something that doesn't look like the photos should be free to return. I go this in 2 sizes and the 9x12 is NOTHING like the picture. AND the 9x12 is folded, the creases are permanent I am sure, although I won't find out b/c I am returning it. The rug is soft, but the print should be consistent across sizes. I had to pay $53 out of my pocket to return, not cool.
