I have purchased so many rugs, and other items from Wayfair. I have loved absolutely everything! Customer Service is always top notch …. The rug is beautiful and looks just as it does online. However, I will be returning it forn2 reasons It ended up looking way too busy in my daughters toy room. It is also not as comfortable as I expected. The material is very soft but provides ZERO CUSHION and most definitely requires a rug pad.
