This rug is nothing like the photos. To its credit, it is very plush BUT it is very dark and eerie looking. Looks like it is full of soot. FINE for Dracula’s castle maybe. Had to return.

I love this rug! The pinkred veins in the rug are darker than the picture looks. Also, they have a directional pile to them, so when you vacuum or brush them in one direction, it looks lighter, and darker in the other direction. It works very well with my burgundy wall.
