This is a very pretty, oversized 9' x 12' rug, especially for the price point. While the rug itself is on the thinner side, pairing it with a quality rug pad gives it a much more substantial, comfortable feel. I also appreciate that the pattern is woven rather than printed, which gives it a more elevated look than many budget-friendly rugs. The color leans more toward a soft, light gray than the warmer bark or spice tones shown in some of the listing photos. Like most rugs, the color shifts depending on the lighting, looking slightly different in natural versus artificial light. The rug arrives folded and taped rather than rolled, so there were some creases when I first opened it. I unrolled it immediately, and most of the wrinkles relaxed within 24 hours. There are still a couple of minor creased areas, but I expect they'll flatten out with a little more time (or by taping the corners down). Overall, I'm very happy - it's soft underfoot, has a nice low pile that's practical for everyday living, and looks much more expensive than it is.
