The chair arrived well packed and assembly was easy. The chair looks good and is reasonably comfortable, however the adjustable arms do not work well and take several attempts to get them to move properly. Also, the reclining function has an adjustment knob beneath the chair, but no matter how much it is tightened the chair still reclines with the slightest amount of pressure. Disappointing.

This office chair has the potential to be very comfortable. I have a problem with it because I cannot get it out of the mode that causes it to lie back. I have had a couple of people try to help with the problem. Neither of them was able to fix it. I am going to keep trying, because I love the look and comfort of the chair.

This is a very heavy and solid office chair. It took approximately 45 minutes for me to assemble. Every piece e lined up appropriately. The chair arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The chair is extremely comfortable. I like that the fabric is very comfortable to sit on. The foot rest is such a great added feature. At first I thought the tilting armrests were a bit odd, but I have to say I really like them very much. They click into three different angles. The rollers glide easily and smoothly on my floor. I am impressed with the quality and comfort of this chair.

Assembly took me awhile as one person, chair itself is quite comfortable. The footrest I find to be poor quality but you can still lay back in it. The arm rests don’t really stay in place either but otherwise

Had a whole in the leather discovered after setup. Wont be using wayfair again. Material is flimsy.
