This hall tree is just what I needed. Did not realize how buying this and using it for our shoes and hats can easily make everything look so out together inside my house. The parts received were complete. The only thing I did not like was how hard it was to screw in the hooks. Make sure you have a screw driver (a really better one) because your fingers will hurt. You really have to put some effort in screwing then in. If you have an electric drill , use it. Everything was a breeze until I had to put the hooks in. Packaging was not impressive. It seemed the box and even the thin styrofoam would have prevented damage if someone dropped this package. Box was very flimsy. But thankfully, nothing was damaged when it was received. The look of this after assembling made up for that imperfection. I would say definitely a great buy. If you’re looking for a simple hall tree and not too wide, this is it!

This is as advertised. We don't have it anchored to the wall, but it's perfect for the kids' backpacks, shoes and hats.
