Irritated. I waited 3 weeks for the delivery. Was offered free delivery and assembly because the item qualified for it, per Wayfair’s website. I couldn’t un-select it if I wanted. Get the product and told no, they don’t offer assembly on a “flat box” item. Fine, I can do it. And then when I open it, there are huge gouges in 2 spots and now I have to wait an entire month for the replacement part. It’s the main piece, so it’s not like I can even start on it. Oh, and the instructions were missing the page with the first 2 steps.

This TV stand is beautiful, I purchased an open box item and it is so solid and lovely. We added stained glass cling to the inside of the glass doors for an update and it's just gorgeous. Feels like a piece that will last many years.

Quality is just not here for the price. I had quite a few broken and mislabeled pieces. One of the shelves was completely broken and the doors latch on the center console was broken off on both sides. Overall disappointed with the packaging and again the quality. But here are a few photos with some adjustments!

TL;DR: the quality for the price is off; it is too expensive for what you get. Everything in this set had various damage or cosmetic issues, I had to get the center piece replaced entirely (and they didn't remove the broken one). It is plainly overpriced for the quality of the furniture; especially the side shelve pieces - they are very cheap looking. Avoid this designer(?) or at least this furniture set; you can do better for the same price or cheaper. Negatives: First center piece was delivered broken in the box, the replacement came with deep scratches/dents in places. The facade and sides for the main piece come pre-assembled, connected with 2 hinges on either side. For the replacement, both the hinges on one side were ripped up from the wood which let 4 small screws loose inside the box (these didn't appear to be the source of the scratches), but it made it very difficult to put together. Also one of the cabinet latches was not connected correctly, I needed a drill to fix this issue. It also has 4 screw holes on the front that nothing attach to nothing (or were drilled on the wrong side lol). The side shelve pieces both also had deep scratches/dents and one of the shelves had extra screw holes on the front. All of the pre-assembled shelves for the side pieces were poorly put together - the edges of the wood don't line up nicely anywhere. The hardware for the shelving is very blocky and visible. All are issues that you wouldn't expect to encounter for the price in my opinion. Positives: the center piece is decent looking, it probably would be better if you get lucky and don't have cosmetic issues out of the box. The side pieces were *very* easy to assemble. Based on my experience I would avoid this designer or at least this furniture set as it isn't worth the cost IMHO. If you are absolutely sold on the look, my advice is to get only the center piece and pray that it doesn't come with the issues that I encountered.

The TV Stand is poor quality for the price. Most of the holes for the screws do not line up properly and it takes a LOT of shifting and tugging to get them in. There were also some scuff marks on the wood, although, fortunately, they were on the inside and so will not be noticeable. Putting the Stand together is a relatively straightforward process with the exception of many problems with getting things properly lined up. As stated, I find this unacceptable for a product that costs as much as this one.
