Would be 0 stars but the 1 star is because it came on time and the instructions are clear with no missing pieces, however I received a bar that looked to be used for about a year at least. The box was moldy and stinks, there was an orangish residue over almost all pieces, especially by the feet, there were major scratches on the metal, and drill holes on the other side of the table top that had nothing to do with instructions or any pieces. If you want a used bar that you will have to repaint for around $1000 then this might work for you, otherwise stay away.
