I'm giving this 4/5 for the final product - it's perfect for what I wanted it for, but....a few issues: 1) 2 parts came damaged (not from shipping) - a side panel and the middle shelf. I would have let it go, but the damage was going to be highly visible on both parts. That said, Wayfair got me replacement parts in a week, so all is well. In fact, when I opened the case to get the replacement parts, I wasn't sure at first which side panel (#1 or #2) it was as I couldn't find the sticker, but they looked the same. I ended up discovering which one it was shortly after, but couldn't update the case, so sent them an email to let them know which one it was. Well, they ended up sending me both panels, which was great because.... 3) Turns out #1 and #2 side panels were actually slightly different, and the instructions said to use side panel #2 first, but it was actually #1 that was needed for that step. So I'm not sure if the piece was labeled wrong, or the instructions are wrong. Which leads me to #4 4) The instructions need improvement. It was VERY difficult to tell which way you should have certain pieces positioned during assembly, which caused some confusion. For example, the pictures didn't show where the groove was for the back cardboard panel, and didn't show the black frame piece that was 'lipped'. Sometimes you can tell by where the holes are, but that wasn't always the case here. The instructions need to be clearer with those images. Also, there were parts that were missing (Q), but I don't think they were actually needed. If not, strange that the instructions included a step for it. The only other suggestion I would make is to have a color option that matches the "Boatice 63" W Rectangle Exective Desk", which has a closer to cherry looking color. This only comes in like a walnut brown. A big reason I bought this sideboard is because the style matches that desk - with the black frame and 'screen' pieces. I was really back and forth about buying it because the colors didn't match well, but it wasn't a deal breaker and isn't really that noticible.
