I love the design and that you can convert to standing; however, the stain is an odd color and because of the desks length, it's really a two person job to convert it from sitting to standing (I would have included an image of it in the stand-up position but don't have anyone else at home to help me lift it right now). If you want to use the stand-up functionality you need to have the desk against a wall. When in the standing position, the top hangs out over the front of the base of the desk and if you have anything on top the desk towards the front edge it will fall forward if it's not mounted to the wall (wall mounts are included with desk). It serves it's purpose but didn't quite live up to my expectations.
