The table first bent, and then the broke at the metal bottom base (see pic). While it lasted a few years, I also don't think it received much stress. So it's a pretty flimsy construction. A shame, since otherwise it looked great. On the other hand: it is cheap, and the 2nd one I bought originally is still functional.
