The bookcase was easy to assemble and it looks great! I did not give it 5 because the boxes were not numbered so we had to open all of them to find the instructions. We ended up with over 30 screws left and other parts and I'm praying that the bookcase will not collapse because we did not use all the screws. Also, more important, it was not clear that 2 shelves are about an inch shorter that the other 4 shelves which created a problem for me as all my important materials are 12" tall.

This bookcase sold out even though I had purchased. Wayfair contacted me and asked me if I would like to have the substitute, the Macalester bookcase. I agreed. It came the next day. Price difference of $20ish dollars, that was not reimbursed or addressed. The Macalester bookcase looks good, shelves are a bit faux looking.
