It’s a fairly sturdy shelf but I found the assembly a little difficult by myself. Some of the hooks aren’t evenly spaced and I was expecting the shelves on top to be a little bit deeper. There really isn’t a whole lot I’m going to be able to store up there. Also I learned the hard way not to overly tighten any of the screws on the metal pieces because you’ll just have to loosen them off to fit the wooden pieces in. Overall though it’s a great shelf and fits perfectly where I needed it to fit.

Coat Rack with Hall Tree & Shoe Storage is AWESOME! It took my spouse maybe a little over 60 minutes. He likes to read all instructions and confirm all parts before building. Instructions very accurate & detailed. Packing was excellent with no damage to any parts, box was heavy. Exactly as described only suggestion would be that draws a little more sturdy. Very Happy with Purchase & We needed this!

Super easy to put together holds up well enough that I don’t need to use the wall mount which they were nice enough to include. Wood looks pretty real. Drawers are fabric, but work for things like doggy bags. Shelves aren’t that deep FYI

I purchased and assembled the hall tree about 10 days ago. I really like the look and sturdiness of the hall tree frame. The bench, shoe storage, and drawers have been working well. However, after just 10 days of normal use, two of the coat hooks have completely detached from the wood, and 3 of the 4 screws pulled the plastic anchor completely out as they did. (see photos). Without the hooks, I can't use the hall tree for the main reason I bought it, as I already had a shoe rack that I was replacing with this.

Instructions easy to follow. Little smaller than I expected but it works. Needed something for the extra coats and hoodies. Glad we have it.
