This plant stand was just what I wanted, simple, streamlined and functional with a modern feel. All of the parts are sturdy and were clearly and correctly labeled to coincide with the assembly instructions, and all the tools and screws needed to assemble it were included. As the instructions note, assembly is easiest with two people. The shelf on the bottom does not screw in, but is notched to sit firmly in place, and makes for a handy place to put your watering can, or other decorative items. I think the price is a little high, but it checked all the boxes for me, so it was worth the price, especially once you see the quality of the materials, which is very good.
