The chair came assembled even though the description said it needed assembly, and I paid for it, which I had to cancel after opening the box. The color is not whats described, and there is a big black spot in the leather, which is clearly a defect. The cushions are soft, and seating is comfortable. However, there is no head rest, so your head stays up in the air whether youre sitting or laying down with a fully expanded recliner. I am returning the chair.
