The wheels don’t work and are in permanent lock position and the company won’t exchange, credit, or refund it. Can’t be moved and makes a terrible sound when you attempt to. And I’m a regular customer. They sell trash.

Convenient ottoman for kids to use. Stools are a bit small for adults but can work in a pinch. The ability to store the stools inside is great to keep things tidy. Wish they had more options for colors.

Missing the casters from original delivery/ three emails and six phone calls along with 3 weeks waiting- (lost items in transit etc) finally got the “replacement part” but they shipped me an extra lid instead of the casters- despite my Communication attempts. Requested a whole new product, and they are asking me to ship back the original product- but I have no box (large enough) because I trusted they were fixing the problem three weeks ago.

This thing is soooo cute! So functional, my only advice would be to be careful with the lid, if you life it by the table part you will damage it.

Such a versatile piece. Love that we can use this for feet, games, storage, etc. Had it for over a year and it’s endured well.
