The bed looks gorgeous when assembled and is a great value for the price. I paid for expert assembly and it was well done. I haven’t used it much as if yet so can’t speak to durability. The Wayfair delivery process is exceptionally kloogy, nothing arrives on the anticipated dates - it’s either inconveniently prior or post (and changes). Just be sure to not have any time constraints when ordering from Wayfair.

Long crack in the headboard, and it was like that but we didnt see it until it was almost fully assembled. It took so long to put together, we didn't want to take it apart ans return. Really disappointed. Also box seemed like it may have been returned.

The bed arrived with a massive crack all the way across the length of the headboard that shows on both sides of the headboard, front and back. I immediately reported the problem to Wayfair hoping to have just the destroyed headboard replaced, but the two options Wayfair gave a solutions are either to get a 20 refund or for me to somehow repack the entire bed myself (the original box is completely destroyed) and ship the full bed back within 30 days or else I’d be charged in full for the replacement. The repacked bed would never be able to fit in my car (I have a MINI Cooper), never mind the massive inconvenience of trying to schlep this thing by myself somewhere to ship it back to Wayfair. I’ve made a lot of big purchases on Wayfair but this will be the last one.
