This is just what I was looking for to add a new coffee cart to my apartment. I wanted something wide enough for extra storage, but also sleek enough to fit in the corner and not take up too much space. It’s the perfect size cabinet and it fits right in with the rest of my mid-century modern furniture.
The assembly took my boyfriend about 2 hours to put together, mostly because he was taking his time to make sure everything lined up properly - doors, hinges, legs, etc. The quality is surprisingly good for the price. You never know if a “wood” piece will be actual wood, MDF or some other cheap particle board, but this is real solid wood! We are super happy with the sturdy construction and the beautiful walnut stain.
I had my nespresso machine on top initially but I recently upgraded to an espresso machine, and the top “counter” has plenty of room to house all of my coffee knick-knacks. We do keep a mat on top to prevent any excess scratches, but we haven’t noticed anything so far even with every day wear and tear. The inside is spacious and we keep our mugs, matcha accessories, and wine glasses in there.
I posted a TikTok video of my “apartment coffee bar” featuring this exact set up and it went viral, so I guess other people also agree that it is a good looking piece of furniture LOL. Highly recommend for the quality and price on Wayfair
