I took a chance and ordered this stool. I love it! It's bigger than I thought and the material looks so good! It was pretty easy to put together too. We had no problems putting it together, no missing parts or problems with screws not fitting into holes. This was such a great purchase!

Sent me the ottoman in a DAY but none of the hardware to put it together. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for the hardware and they still didnt send me everything. Absolutely biggest waste of time and money. Customer service was absolutely no help and refused to do anything other than mail me more hardware in a WEEK. Update a month later and they still havent sent me the pieces but attempted to close it by sending me 20 to shut me up.
