While we've only just placed this chair in it's spot a week ago, it seems "substantial", especially for the price. The leatherette is nice to the touch (and view) and the metal nailhead trim is nicely spaced, and well installed. Packaging was adequate. Installation is 4 minutes with 2 people. There are "shims" available in the packaging to allow for disparate floating level (example: I have concrete floors, not even, so use d the shims and chair sits flat). Overall, very pleased.
