The cushion is wrinkled from the suction when processed/packaged I’m hoping it will eventually even out. We’ll see.

This ottoman exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful and was easy to assemble. It is a bit firm but that is perfect to use as a table as well as an ottoman.

Deformed cushion. Fabric quality is not chenille. It’s more like felt.

isappointed — You Get What You Pay For! My packages arrived right on schedule, so no complaints there. I ordered a new 4-piece living room set and was really hoping I would love it. Unfortunately… I don’t. The cushions are hard and uncomfortable, definitely not what I was expecting. The furniture looks much more like first-time homeowner furniture than the quality I was hoping for. Honestly, I should have known I was in trouble when my entire 4-piece living room set showed up in NINE boxes! At that point, I should’ve taken the hint. Now that it’s all unpacked, assembled, and sitting in my living room, I really wish I could return it. But I’m not about to take apart nine boxes worth of furniture and try to ship it all back. Lesson learned I will NEVER buy furniture online again without seeing it, sitting on it, and checking the quality in person first. Pictures can be deceiving!

The furniture I purchased from you online is very high quality, looks great, and I’m very happy with it. However, I’m not completely satisfied with the customer service. One of the parts was missing from my furniture, and I had to wait a week for the replacement part to arrive. Also, it takes a long time to get a response when contacting customer service, and sometimes you have to wait one or two days for a reply. I hope the customer service improves in the future.
