Overall the bookcase was simple and clear to put together until I got to the hinges. I installed the hinges and doors and, when I went to open them, the hinges ripped from the cabinet. It was as if the screws were too shallow for the hinges I am inquiring about a refund or replacement. I want to give this a better review because other than this, it was a nice bookshelf, but I don’t really know where to go from here with the inability to attach the doors now.

I ordered two bookcases. One was perfect. When I opened the box to assemble the other, it was a hot mess of broken pieces and all the bagged hardware had been open and strewn all over. After texting customer service, they refused to send a replacement but offered a 20 refund. After refusing this, I was offered a full refund but not a replacement. I was told my item is back ordered (but the website says I can order one and have it delivered in 2 days - but the price jumped up 50!) I asked again to have a replacement but was denied. I asked for the option to repurchase at my original price, again denied. Now to have a matching set I will have to pay MORE and clean up this mess.

This white bookcase is lovely and a good value. The instructions were easy to follow. I put it together by myself and only needed help on one step near the end.

Really nice quality bookshelf for the price! I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was and it perfectly in a bedroom. So much room for books and decorations, and I love that there’s there’s doors to hide items you want to store.

Just received it, heavy in box. Cant wait to see what it looks like. Need someone to help you put it together.
