The delivery team was friendly and professional. I received a text notification of the anticipated delivery time and when they arrived, I was pleased that they were wearing protective face masks (in light of the the Covid19 pandemic). They introduced themselves and asked if I would like them to bring the box inside. The headboard was packaged well and was in perfect condition. It was easy to install and looks beautiful.
