I bought two of these cabinets for use in my living room. While I'm satisfied with the function, color and overall quality of the cabinets, one arrived damaged in three areas. Wayfair offered a partial refund for two of the flaws, but expected me to return the cabinet (unassembled) if I wanted a refund for the third. That, to me, was more trouble than I cared to put forth, so that particular cabinet is arranged in such a way to conceal the scratch and dent. Again, I chose to keep the item, but would have appreciated the partial refund to keep me as a satisfied Wayfair customer. Otherwise, I'd give 4 stars.
