Structure de lit plateforme en bois massif avec tête de lit Alcott Hill Farmhouse

I submitted a claim 3 days ago regarding this bed and have heard nothing! I wasn’t going to review until they had a chance to respond, but 3 days is plenty of time. There are no assembly instructions. The headboard is cracked on both sides on the bottom. The headboard also has pock marks all along the top. The corner pieces for the head and footboard arent in the box. Nor are any of the corner posts. Theres actually not a single leg in the box. It’s missing parts 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11 and all assembly hardware.

Cracks on the right and left sides of the headboard. Wayfair’s customer service was quick and now waiting on the new headboard to come. Hopefully the manufacturer sends me a non defective replacement!

Love the bed frame!! Easy to.put together. Mow I am looking for a dresser and night stands to match but can't find anything on the website:( can you help?

First of all, item arrived late. Then we could see it had obviously been opened during shipping. We opened it and there was no assembly guide and no hardware pack to put it together with. Othen than that bed needs to be finished with something to seal the stain finish. It is just rough pine with stain. Very much not impressed Wayfair. On top of this, my old bed is now gone and I literally will be sleeping on the floor for the next week while I wait for replacement parts.

Very sturdy solid wood construction. My 17 year old son put it together. Beautiful bed frame. Very happy with the purchase. The wood color definitely works well with any existing bedroom furniture you may have. Highly recommend it.
