Hall Tree 40.5'' Wide with Bench

Super disappointed. Parts missing and no one answers the customer service number. Left messages and have not received a call back. Chips in the exterior finish. The particle board split at a bunch of the wood dowel spots and broke the exterior finish. Some holes are lined up incorrectly. I guess I got what I paid for. Trash. To disassemble and return is not worth the hassle. Worst experience I've ever had with a Wayfair product.

Outside box was fine - pie CES inside were damaged. Wait time is 3 weeks for replacement pieces. I had originally gave 1 star - they made it right -5 stars

To say I was unhappy with this purchase would be an understatement. You would think with the amount of money I paid the wood would be drilled properly and the holes would be aligned. I read the comments and a lot of these women have husbands to drill the holes properly for them, Well I don’t have a husband to do that and I don’t know anything about drilling. In my pictures you’ll see all the screws and things left over because they didn’t fit because holes weren’t aligned or just plain wasn’t there. I’m going to need someone from Wayfair to contact me. I feel like I was robbed and bamboozled. Now believe it or not the thing is put together sturdy thanks to the fact I had some gorilla wood glue to compensate for the negligence of the folks who had only one job. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this. I had to have a stiff drink after messing with this. The one star is for the actual quality and sturdiness of the wood. I’m surprised at you Wayfair. Usually you Guys have quality things. Tsk tsk for shame.

So much better than having the kids throw all their stuff on the floor when they come home from school. Easy to put together.
