Torn back cushion! Dis-appointed!! It has not been picked up because we can't print out return labels or send a picture of it. Now we have boxes filling up our little condo living room and trying to figure out what to do with all the boxes and damaged loveseat in them.

I think it would have been a nice loveseat but it was damage..never had a chance to really sit to see if it was comfortable or not…. It been so hard to get a return and understanding with this virtual chat thing. I had to go to chatGPT to get a customer service number Now after 2 weeks finally got an email say a refund of 1 box so I keep telling them it’s 1 of 2 which I didn’t open after the 1st box was damage so now I have to just do a return which I’m dreading cause this been awful for me Then I reorder a different loveseat same color to match the chairs for my mom Mother’s Day but u lucky on that. The other never arrive it’s just sitting Bristol ,VA since Wednesday May 13,2026 @5:19 pm and it’s Saturday 5/16/2026 which was supposed to been here on 5/14/26. I guess they will ship it once I send this box back just

So comfortable, easily assembled. Absolutely love my new loveseat.

2nd package containing the main part of love seat was left out in the driveway. Front door was open but did not knock or let anyone know it was delivered as I was in the bedroom. Doorbell at least would have been nice. Two separate packages on separate days pretty well shot both days which was ridiculous. First and last time buyers on wayfair.
