The initial order for this item came in rough shape. I called and spoke with customer service. She took the time and patience to assure me that the replacement would be packaged thoroughly to prevent breakage. The item came through in tip top shape it is sturdy and beautiful! I was capable of assembling this vanity easily. Im very happy with this Christmas purchase for my daughter!

Very Happy with vanity itself one piece came broken and Wayfare replaced right away with no questions asked however my only complaint is that the chair has broken twice the chair is very small for an adult

Purchased this vanity for my daughter who has her make-up all over her room. I was hoping this vanity would help with the make-up clutter with its many compartments. For the money, it is just what she needs; however, when the box it was delivered, I knew that there was no possible way everything in the box would have arrived safely. I was correct. The first layer packed was the seat. It was broken. I thought, well maybe the seat won't be needed anyway. Digging to the next portion, the legs had gouges in them. I thought well, maybe we can turn them to the back, slap on some paint and no one will notice. Next item unwrapped, the little compartment drawer face was broken. By this point, I decided that it was a futile exercise in emptying the contents of the box. Too damaged and ...I doubt with the way it was packed that the other layers, not to mention the mirrors, were all to smashed.
