Aston Bed

This review is about my service experience. I ordered this bed from Wayfair because it was supposed to arrive in 2 days, and I needed it urgently to bring with me out of state for a move-in that week. It never shipped, and I had to track it down. They wouldn't replace it on their end but instead made me reorder it at the new, much higher price, and then promised a refund. After reaching out to them numerous times and continuously being promised a refund, it never came. I have now discussed this a THIRD time with a rep and we will see if I get one. If not, I will be contacting the BBB and disputing with my credit card. HORRIBLE service and a total hassle. Any of Wayfair's competitors would have issued a partial refund, credit, or a promo code to make up for this. Wayfair refused to do any of it. I'd suggest ordering elsewhere.

My son has a small room and this is a simple style that doesn’t take up much space.

Very happy with this bed. Looks great and perfect minimalist bed frame. Good amount of storage space under bed. Assembly was so easy. Only took needed was a rubber mallet which came with product. No hardware. Maybe took 10 minutes.

Beautiful bed. The simplest thing I have ever put together in my life! It is very well made and sturdy! Hard see once you put on the bedding.
