Many challenges in obtaining a headboard without perimeter cracking. Had several delivered and all were damaged. Poorly packaged from manufacturer. It’s a heavy wood piece with a nice design.

Unfortunately the headboard arrived completely damaged and or very poor quality. Upon inspection of the unboxing the handful of paint chips and cracking around the trim we decided it was not for us and want to send it back. However Wayfair and I assume the supplier of the headboard per what the resolution team of Wayfair is saying is they only will offer a 7% discount as a courtesy and or I can return it but I would have to box it up again and make sure its packed like it arrived, well the issue with that is the box arrived damaged and the way its packed from the start there was no chance we could use that same box and packing as it would not go back in the way it came plus this is a 100lb headboard and 7 foot long so where is the average customer suppose to find that type of box. Wayfair was less then helpful and this shows clearly that they are slipping and starting not to care about their customers experience. We would have loved for this headboard to arrive as advertised which is why we bought it but its cracked in 5 places around the trim and have 3 noticeable places that the paint has chipped off completely and you see unpainted wood. Its sad that Wayfair was unwilling to do the right thing for their customers and after this experience I am not sure we will be purchasing anything else form Wayfair as this was a bad experience and made it even worse when Wayfair basically said they are unwilling to help make it right. The product is not what it seems on the advertising and pictures on the listing.

I can’t rave about this bed enough!!! It’s a bright/clean white with great accent in the headboard! LOVE the design!
