Love this in the kitchen. Sturdy and looks really good! I recommend this table for a smaller kitchen.

This table is gorgeous. I wanted a solid wood table top, not a veneer. It looks black in the photos, but in real life it's very dark with brown undertones in the stain. The effect is gorgeous, but definitely not black up close. I did have an issue with the hardware during assembly: needed to go out and purchase longer screws (4) and additional washers (12). This is the only time I've ever had an issue assembling an AllModern piece. Luckily it was only a $7 trip to the hardware store to fix so I didn't need to get Customer Service involved, but the assembly/hardware for this product needs to be reviewed. In my photo from under the table, you can see I used 3 silver washers to fill the gaps between the metal assembly plates for all 4 connection points.
